10 Year Warranty Terms and Conditions

ASAP Garage Doors offers a 10-year warranty to all existing customers who maintain a yearly regular service through our group of companies.

We will warrant the parts and labor of selected garage door components that have been installed by our group such as repairs/replacement items or new garage doors for a period of 10 years. Manufacturers include Padors, Merlin, Steel-Line, ATA and B&D. Parts include hinges, bearings, springs and cables.

The warranty does not cover corrosion or weather damage, although it is proven regular service will minimise future problems. The warranty does not cover impact damage or misuse or commercial use, or excessive use. The warranty does not cover components that are being operated while damaged.

This warranty is separate from the manufacturer's warranty.
