Thanks for the work done. Your representative, a young man Kyle, was a very polite and pleasant, genuine person. You should be proud that he represents your company. We are quick to complain if we get bad service, try my bank! If service is good we say it to friends but very rarely let the company know. I think that should change. I cannot go onto Google and write a review, because I do not have a Google account and I won't open one. I am not on Facebook or Twitter or anything else, and do not ever intend to be. I will gladly recommend your service and staff to anyone I know who may require your services. Maybe you can remind me in a year that my garage door should be serviced. I won't remember otherwise.

The reason for my email is yesterday I called up and spoke to Andy regarding an issue with my garage door. The issue was a fairly minor one and after explaining the situation, he gave me some advice over the phone as to what to do instead of sending a guy out to come and have look. I followed his instructions and the matter was resolved without anyone having to come out. This kind of customer service and offering “free advice” was exceptional and I really did appreciate the help I received. It’s not often these days people will do nothing for free, but I commend you on being so helpful. One thing that is for sure, is that if I ever encounter some bigger issues with my door which I’m unable to fix, I certainly will be calling your business first. Once again, thanks for your kind assistance and have a great Christmas and New Year.

I just want to thank you for sending your technician to our complex this morning (Monday). My wife and I manage the strata here for our small complex of 4 townhouses. You would not believe the number of gate automation/garage door companies we have contacted since before Christmas to get someone here to look at the problem. They’re not interested or turn up but have no idea what the problem is and just want to install a whole new motor and remote system, or say yes to the job and the tech doesn’t bother to turn up!!! So, we are all so happy that your tech was not only here but spent time to identify the issue and will have the gate fixed on Wednesday when he gets the capacitor (that was the problem).
