ASAP Garage Doors is a supplier and stockist of B&D, ATA and Chamberlain’s Merlin range of residential garage door openers, remote controls and accessories, including Grifco commercial door motors. 

We are also the exclusive WA wholesale and retail supplier of the Padors brand of roller door and sectional door motors.

If ASAP have installed your Merlin motor, then go to www.gomerlin.com.au/warranty to activate the Merlin warranty. You will need to provide the details requested including the manufacture date of the motor and ASAP Garage Doors as the installer.

Garage Door Motors

Sectional and tilt garage doors:

The Merlin MT100 is supplied with 2 remote controls, a wireless wall switch and comes with a 7 year manufacturer’s warranty.    

The Padors 101 motor is supplied with 2 remote controls, a wireless wall switch and comes with a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty.

The B&D CAD Powerdrive motor is supplied with 2 remote controls, a wireless wall switch and comes with a 7-year manufacturer’s warranty. If this motor is purchased together with a new B&D Panelift garage door, a 10-year warranty is offered on both the door and the motor.

All warranties are dependent on annual yearly servicing. ASAP Garage Doors offers annual servicing to its existing clients at a discounted rate.

Roller doors:

The Merlin MR655 is suitable for single width doors and is supplied with 2 remote controls, a wireless wall switch and comes with a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty. 

The Merlin MR855 is suitable for double width doors and is supplied with 2 remote controls, a wireless wall switch and comes with a 7 year manufacturer’s warranty. 

The Padors 106 motor is suitable for either single or double width doors and is supplied with 2 remote controls, a wireless wall switch and comes with a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty.

Gate Motors
